One should be seriously concerned when an entity with a reputation for expertise in one area, with a reputation for publishing quality information goes off-brand off-the-rails and off-message on an alarmist rant about a topic on which they lack expertise.

Dr Marco Pelosi III exposes the glaring weaknesses in the recently released Committee Opinion on Female Cosmetic Genital Surgery published by the ACOG.

Excellent, point by point, invalidation of the so called "expert" ACOG committee opinion on cosmetic gynecology presented by a true expert and pioneer in the field of cosmetic Gynecology. Thank you, Dr. Pelosi for setting the record straight.

Listened intently to Marco this cool and gorgeous post Christmas Day. Amazing job dissecting and clearly pointing out the fallacies and agenda driven points of view of non-experts in this Expert Opinion Committee Opinion. ACOG has lost relevance in this field and is trying to be authoritative sounding. ACOG will fail until it opens its eyes and actually searches out people who know their stuff. I am going to send this podcast to all my grads. I could not do this any better. Kudos Marco.

Thanks for listening Red and thank you for your kind words. If we created a Smithsonian Institution and filled it with the contributions of the critics of world it would be empty. They don't get statues. I gave them what they deserved, but I didn't do it for them. I did it for the women who benefit from the cutting edge work that you and I and those like us conduct on a daily basis. I did it because their toxic platform has a large audience who needs to be educated on how they are being manipulated.
